During the Professional course the newly certified Open Water Scuba Instructor will shadow and assist with classes under the direction of a senior level instructor. The newly certified OSWI will earn up to the 25 certifications required for the MSDT rating during this course. Courses to be taught include DSD, Open Water, Advanced Open Water, EANX, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Project AWARE, Coral Reef Conservation and Equipment Specialist and other PADI Specialties.
Jumpstart Your Dive Career
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Minimum certified as an PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor
- Completed the MSDT Prep Course or certified as a specialty instructor in at least 5 specialities*
*If you do not have 5 specialities instructor certifications, we can add that to the course for an additional fee per course needed.
As a dive professional, you’ll want to have all your basic scuba equipment, including a dive computer, a dive knife, and at least two surface signaling devices.
